They say that you are a reflection of the 5 people that you associate yourself with the most. If that's the case then I want to hang out with the top 5 people that I follow! The movers and shakers, the people that are making a difference in this world. My goal is to be a mover and shaker and I want to help you get jump started in your business so that you can join the ranks.

I've created this page for you to grow your business and for you to be able to teach others to grow theirs. We are OTOM! (One team, One mission) take advantage of that and pass the link to this page to everyone that you sponsor.

You are in complete control of your income. You are in complete control of how well you do as an It Works! distributor. Your success is based on your efforts to get plugged in and stay plugged in and to teach people to reach their personal goals.

The first thing you should do is set up your website.

Remember, If you work your business like a business it will pay you like a business. If you work your business like a hobby then that's what you will make; Hobby Money!

Anytime you start a new JOB you need to know 2 things.

You need to know how to do what is expected of you.

• Complete the rest of your training academy within your 1st 48 hours of enrolling. Of course you will not remember everything and no one expects you to however you will be able to go back and review it as often as you need to.

You need to know how much you are getting paid and how you are going to get paid.

• Go over the Compensation Plan; when you start a new job you want to know how you are going to get paid and this is no different. Know what you are going to make and how you are going to make it. We get paid in 5 different ways, if you employ all 5 ways instead of just one you will earn a substantial amount of income.

The key in this industry is just like the key to accomplishing any goal you set for yourself. Have a positive attitude, be consistent and dont give up on yourself. Diamonds, Triples, Presidentials and Ambassadors are made by following simple steps to success and teaching those steps and by having that positive attitude, being consistent and not giving up!

What's expected of you?

Let the company do what the company does. They provide professional marketing materials, training and more. It Works! pays you to do 2 things.

1. Market and promote their products and enroll loyal customers
2. Market and promote this business opportunity and enroll new distributors to help you.

How to do that is to simply follow the steps to success. This 1 sheet of paper is the single most important document you will find that will guarantee success in building your new business especially crucial in your first 60 days. I also urge you to count out the days from the day you enroll. It is not a full calendar month. It reads "Days" not 1 month, 2 months... 30 days and 60 days.

After you enroll, count the day you enrolled up to the 29th day at midnight. You have these 30 days to enroll your 1st 4 loyal customers to receive your 1st bonus of 2 boxes of wraps FREE. That's 8 wraps! That's like someone giving you $200.00!

You will also earn "wrap rewards". For every two loyal customers that you enroll in our loyal customer program you earn a box of wraps for only $25.00! That's a $75.00 profit!

You can find the steps to success document in your eSuite (back office).
Print it out each month and complete it no less than once a month.

Step 1: Join the Party!

Step 2: Enroll your first 4 loyal customers
and you earn 2 Wrap rewards and $120 in free product credit.

Step 3: Duplicate, Sponsoring 3 team members into your team. Sponsoring someone means to teach. To teach the person that you sponsor to follow the same steps. It is your mission to give every person you sponsor their best chance at being successful and to do that once of the things that you need to teach them is to complete these steps.  Gather their 1st 4 loyal customers so that they can earn the same bonus that you did and get into profit fast. Give them every opportunity and every nuggets you can for them to be successful and pay it forward!

How to get a Promotion:

Executive is the first promotion level and averages $309 a month. To become Executive you will need to sponsor people and teach them to gather their customers, the steps above.

Ruby is the second promotion level and averages $599 a month (in commissions alone not including bonuses) Currently if you enroll as a distributor before March 31st you have the opportunity to earn a $500.00 bonus check if you reach the Ruby Level within your 1st 2 calendar months.
