HOW TO APPLY:

• Take a before photo, front and side view. 
• Open the internal pouch containing one Ultimate Body Applicator and unfold.
• Apply the lotion side of the Applicator to skin. Be sure the area is clear and free of soaps and oils. These oils and moisturizers can block the absorption of the active ingredients.
• Smooth out Applicator, ensuring good contact to skin and secure the Ultimate Body Applicator in place with plastic wrap, elastic bandages, or Fab Wrap™.
• Do not constrict your movement or wrap tightly, the applicator is not that type of wrap.
• Wear the Applicator for a minimum of 45 minutes under your clothes, there is no need to disrobe.
• If it is your first time using the Ultimate Body Applicator, wear for only 45 minutes to test your skin’s sensitivity to the natural ingredients, if after 45 minutes you find you are not sensitive you may continue to wear it for up to 8 hours. There is no benefit from this except better absorption into your skin.
• Remove Applicator and discard (Applicators are only to be used once) and rub remaining lotion into skin.
• The wraps are not water loss, in fact our wrap works best when you drink water. Some people have been quoted as saying "The more you drink, the more you shrink."
• Remember to take your after photo's (front and side view) 24 and 72 hours after you wrap.
• Use an app called photo grid or instaframe to put your photo's side by side to compare.

Please note: It is normal to feel a tingling sensation while wearing the wrap, it comes from the eucalyptus plant which is an ingredient in the wrap. The eucalyptus promotes circulation in the blood flow. This is why consuming water is necessary so that toxins are flushed away from the fat cells. 

Do not be alarmed if you feel bloated after your first wrap. It is rare however if it occurs, that's a good thing. It will only last a day at most and it is called a toxic bloat. It means it's working. Continue to drink your water to flush out those toxins for the next 72 hours.

• Can I use more than one Ultimate Body Applicator at a time? Ultimate Body Applicators are intended to be used on one area of the body at a time. The Ultimate Body Applicator targets the specific area where it is applied, so using one Ultimate Body Applicator at a time on one area of the body will allow your body to better absorb the formula more effectively and, consequently, see the best results because its effects are being targeted to one specific area.
• What about for arms and legs? Is it okay to wrap them at the same time? You may use two Ultimate Body Applicators on areas such as the arms or legs (one on each arm/leg) in order to promote symmetrical results.

• How much water should I drink when I use the Ultimate Body Applicator? We recommend that you drink up to half of your body weight (in pounds) in fluid ounces of water daily. Staying hydrated is key to helping you see maximum results with the Ultimate Body Applicator. So if for example you weigh 150lbs, drink 75 oz of water.
• How long do the results from the Ultimate Body Applicator last? While results from the Ultimate Body Applicator are lasting, you can counteract the results from the Ultimate Body Applicator by eating poorly and not regularly exercising (as is true with any weight loss or body contouring results). Applying Defining Gel™, which can help improve skin’s texture and tightness, between Ultimate Body Applicator uses can help ensure that you maximize and maintain your results.
• Can anyone use the Ultimate Body Applicator? The Ultimate Body Applicators are formulated for adults. They are not recommended for children. While our products are safe and effective, we do not recommend that pregnant or nursing moms use the Ultimate Body Applicator.

• Is there an expiration date on the Ultimate Body Applicator? The Ultimate Body Applicator has a one-year shelf life within its individual sealed pouches. Once the sealed pouch of an individual Ultimate Body Applicator is opened, it must be used immediately. This ensures maximum effectiveness of the naturally based formula and that the cloth wrap is moist and saturated when you apply it.
• Why is drinking water so important?  The  wrap is taking the body through a firming and toning process. This is not a water loss program, and not a dehydration wrap. The loss is due to toxins being moved from the fat cells into the lymphatic system. Drinking water actually flushes those toxins out of your body.  The body wrap solution stays in the body for 3 days. It is important to keep drinking the water for those 3 days. 
• How should I store my applicators? We recommend that you store your Ultimate Body Applicators horizontally in a cool, dry place. Do not leave them in your car. 
• Tell me about those I find on Ebay or Amazon... You can certainly purchase wraps on those type sites however  you will find they are  outdated or have not been stored properly.
